Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic communicator who thrives at the intersection of business and messaging. In this role, you’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to turn business priorities into clear, coordinated communication strategies that drive awareness, alignment and action. You’ll lead high-impact communication campaigns, helping associates understand what’s changing, why it matters and what they need to do, while equipping leaders and managers with the tools to effectively cascade information to their teams. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute end-to-end communication plans that support key business initiatives
Define target audiences, key messages, communication approach, timing and success measures
Ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned across all channels
Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted communications partner to cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, HR, IT, Learning)
Translate complex initiatives into structured communication strategies that support business goals
Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on effective communication approaches
Manager Enablement & Cascade Support
Develop tools and resources to support frontline communication, including talking points, FAQs and meeting guides
Enable leaders and managers to confidently and consistently communicate key messages to their teams
Change Communications
Support organizational changes and major initiatives with thoughtful, proactive communication strategies
Anticipate potential challenges and ensure messaging addresses associate questions and concerns
Reinforce key messages throughout the lifecycle of initiatives
Insights & Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from associates, managers and stakeholders to assess communication effectiveness
Identify gaps in awareness or understanding and recommend improvements
Continuously refine campaign strategies to drive stronger engagement and adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication planning and strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, actionable messaging
Proven ability to manage projects and campaigns across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years’ experience in internal communications, change management or corporate communications
Experience supporting large-scale initiatives or organizational change efforts
Familiarity with communication planning frameworks and campaign measurement
