About the Role

Are you someone who thrives outside the office, loves building relationships, and enjoys solving real-world problems? We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Northern Virginia, with a focus on stormwater solutions and steel fabrication services.

You’ll partner with contractors, municipalities, and field operations teams to provide expert guidance and tailored solutions. This is your chance to manage your own territory, grow your accounts, and make a direct impact in your region.

What You'll Do

• Visit job sites and customer locations to build and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and municipalities to solve complex challenges with practical solutions.
• Support bids, project planning, and sales presentations to help customers succeed.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging product opportunities

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of outside sale experience (bonus if it’s in construction supply, industrial distribution, or infrastructure)
• Experience working with contractors, engineers, or municipalities is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and proactive — you know how to prioritize and follow through
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel consistently in your territory
