Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling contractors for evaluations.
Assuring the evaluator scheduled is qualified to evaluate the tasks being performed.
Communicating with the clients and contractors to assure smooth
Record Keeping: Maintaining organized files, databases, and records.
Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with general office tasks.
Support to Staff: Providing administrative assistance to managers and other
employees.
Data Entry and Management: Entering and managing data in various systems.
