Job Summary

Lead our Incentive Compensation team, building insightful analytics around compensation, ensuring payment accuracy while adhering to tight deadlines and functioning as subject matter expert
 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Establish strong relationships with leaders to support needs.
• Budget and forecast annual commission and bonus activity.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• 5+ years related experience

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level)
• Sound deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
