Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our Geosynthetics Division. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries—providing accurate, timely quotes on products both over the phone and in person. You’ll support our sales team, manage order flow, and ensure outstanding customer service. This position offers exposure to technical product knowledge and the potential to grow into an outside sales role.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary contact for walk-in customers and inbound calls regarding geosynthetic products.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on accurate job quotes in a timely manner.
• Support the sales process through project tracking, order management, and resolution of issues.
• Update and maintain product pricing sheets for sales staff and customers.
• Procure and monitor inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and turnover.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries when sales reps are unavailable.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and proactive communication.

Minimum Qualifications

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including education and employment verification, drug screening, and background check.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in construction materials, geosynthetics, or related product sales.
• Prior inside sales, customer service, or estimating experience.
• Desire to grow into an outside sales role (not required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Work Environment

• Office-based role, Monday–Friday.
• Frequent interaction with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Team-oriented culture with opportunities for cross-training and professional development.
