We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our Fire Fabrication team by managing jobs from intake through pricing and tracking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven work, learning new skills, and contributing to team success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fire fabrication jobs from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every step
• Create and enter full stock lists and submit jobs to pricing
• Maintain quote logs and job details to support win/loss tracking
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
• Provide general clerical and administrative support, including answering phones
• Collaborate with internal teams while working independently on assigned jobs

What We’re looking for

• Customer service or sales support experience
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with data entry and working with detailed information
• Willingness to learn — all materials and systems are taught internally
• Patience, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
